      Step 1 – Comprehensive Initial Consultation (75 mins)

      A deep-dive into your health history, current symptoms, daily routines, and goals.
      We’ll identify what’s really driving your challenges and create the first steps of your personalised Rebalance Plan.

      Step 2 – Follow-Up Consultations (2–3 sessions, 45 mins each)

      Your progress sessions – where change becomes habit.
      Together, we’ll review what’s working, fine-tune your plan, and build sustainable habits that fit your life.

      Step 3 – Personalised Midlife Rebalance Plan

      A practical, evidence-based roadmap including:

      • Nutrition & meal guidance for hormonal balance

      • Supplement and lifestyle recommendations

      • Stress & sleep strategies

      • Movement for bone, mood & metabolic health

      • Optional functional testing (if needed)

      Step 4 – Resources & Support

      You’ll receive easy-to-follow tools such as:

      Optional light-touch messaging support is available between sessions for accountability and questions.
