Consommez des aliments entiers:<\/strong> veillez \u00e0 manger un bon \u00e9quilibre d\u2019aliments entiers, notamment des prot\u00e9ines, des glucides complexes et des graisses saines. Les aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines, que vous devriez pouvoir trouver (relativement !) facilement, comprennent les viandes, le poisson, les \u0153ufs, les haricots et les lentilles. Les glucides complexes sont des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes frais dans les six couleurs de l\u2019arc-en-ciel (vert, rouge, jaune, orange, bleu \/ noir \/ violet, blanc \/ beige) et des grains entiers. Les graisses saines sont l\u2019avocat, les olives et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, les noix (amandes, noix, Br\u00e9sil, macadamia, etc.), les graines (chia, lin, etc.), la noix de coco, le yaourt et le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.6.6&Prime; _module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Assurer des besoins suffisants en \u00e9nergie et une bonne r\u00e9partition des macro nutriments:<\/strong> les besoins quotidiens d\u2019un homme de 21 ans  en \u00e9nergie avec une activit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e sont d\u2019environ 2 800 calories. Vous devez viser 560 calories provenant des prot\u00e9ines ou, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, 1,2 \u00e0 1,6 gramme par kg de poids corporel (90 \u00e0 120 grammes pour un homme de 75 kg) afin de garantir un niveau musculaire et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ad\u00e9quat. Par exemple, un blanc de poulet de taille moyenne contient environ 38 grammes de prot\u00e9ines. Les glucides devraient repr\u00e9senter environ 700 calories, dont environ 7 portions (1 portion = la taille de votre poing) de l\u00e9gumes et 3 de fruits et environ une tasse de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou de l\u00e9gumineuses. Cela vous fournira de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, des vitamines et des min\u00e9raux pour des performances optimales. Brochettes et bastillas (une tarte \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e avec une p\u00e2te filo, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 du Maroc) avec de la salade \ud83d\ude09 et un taboul\u00e9 serait \u00e9galement un bon choix. Ne manquez pas non plus l\u2019hummus, le baba ghanoush et le nadira (soupe aux haricots), la salade d\u2019orange, les dattes et les amandes.
